Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking an IT Service Integration Lead to coordinate complex technology changes and releases, working across IT, operations and business units. Based at Bradford Head Office with flexible home-working options, the role emphasizes governance, risk management and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in regulated IT change delivery, strong stakeholder skills, and familiarity with ITIL-based environments and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex IT change, release or service integration activities in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of risk management and operational governance.
• Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
• Excellent planning, organisation and delivery skills.
• A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
• Desirable skills include ITIL Foundation or equivalent Service Management certification, experience within Financial Services, knowledge of ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tooling, experience of release management, service transition or operational readiness activities and an understanding of modern delivery approaches including Agile and DevOps

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the successful delivery of complex technology changes and releases into live environments.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to manage risks, governance, and customer impact.
• Drive effective communication across technical, operational and business stakeholders.
• Manage post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance release, change and service integration processes.
• Collaborate with Service Transition, Change Management, Engineering and operations to ensure smooth introductions of new services into production.
