Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society Group is seeking an IT Service Integration Lead to coordinate the delivery of complex technology changes and releases from our Bradford Head Office, with flexible home-working options. You will drive governance, risk management and stakeholder communication across IT, operations and business teams to ensure smooth production introductions.

This role requires proven experience in regulated IT environments, strong project management, and knowledge of ITIL-based service

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex IT change, release or service integration in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication to influence at all levels.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the successful delivery of complex technology changes and releases into live environment.
• Manage risks, governance requirements, and minimise customer impact across stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication across technical, operational and business stakeholders.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance release, change and service integration processes.
