Job summary

IT Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure & Network Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will provide expert technical support and infrastructure leadership across a complex enterprise environment.

The role requires strong hands-on Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online and networking expertise, plus SharePoint Online and virtualization knowledge. You will own critical infrastructure services and drive improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior 3rd Line/Infrastructure role.
Strong hands-on Microsoft ecosystem expertise (365, Azure, Exchange Online, Intune).
Excellent networking knowledge: TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs.
Experience with SharePoint Online and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Responsibilities

Provide 3rd line support for infrastructure and network services.
Design, implement, maintain, and optimise Microsoft-based environments.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, Intune, and SharePoint.
Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and firewall technologies.
Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.
Maintain security best practices and support compliance requirements.
Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT services.
