Job summary

Tech4 Limited is seeking a experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join our technical team in Worcester on a hybrid basis. You will act as senior escalation point, support Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and infrastructure, and work with Helpdesk and Field Engineers on complex incidents.

In this role you will diagnose and resolve advanced issues, contribute to projects and migrations, and help deliver resilient IT environments for our diverse client base. A UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior 3rd line MSP experience or similar environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience including Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex incidents and manage major outages.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line technical support and act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure, and networking issues.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments across multiple managed customers.
• Mentor and support Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, promoting knowledge sharing.
• Assist with customer onboarding, migrations, technical projects, and upgrades.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledgebase content.
• Manage workload and SLAs; participate in on-site installations and project work.
