Job summary

Orion Electrotech is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage tickets, diagnose problems, and guide users through solutions within defined SLAs.

The role requires a proactive learner comfortable taking on new tasks, with some experience in Office, Windows and AD, plus a basic grasp of networking and cybersecurity. A competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows and Active Directory.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) understood.
• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT problems and tickets.
• Diagnose, resolve issues and guide users through solutions within SLAs.
• Collaborate with IT teams as workloads require and support out-of-hours when needed.
