Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT issues in person and remotely with an emphasis on first-time fixes.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineers and vendors to maintain and support Trust-wide systems.
• Process service requests, set up AV hardware, and perform hardware installations or moves.
• Document resolutions and maintain an IT asset register and service management records.
• Visit schools within the trust to provide on-site support and develop local knowledge.
