Priory Learning Trust is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer (1st line support) to join our central IT team. You will be the first point of contact for end-users, triaging and resolving issues to meet SLA targets while collaborating with onsite engineers and external vendors.
You will gain hands-on experience with IT projects, hardware installations, asset management and user training, visiting sites across the Trust to deliver tailored local support.
