Job summary

The Priory Learning Trust is seeking a proactive IT Service Desk Engineer (1st line support) to join our central IT team and support our network of schools. Based at Central Team, King Alfred School, this role is 37 hours per week and permanent.

You will be the first point of contact for end-user IT queries, triage issues, and collaborate with onsite engineers and vendors to resolve problems within SLA targets.

  • Visit sites across the Trust to build strong relationships and provide tailored local support.

Salary: PATH 5 £27,275 - £29,071 (actual salary)

Are you a proactive IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a dynamic IT Service Desk Engineer (1st line support) to join our centralised IT team and support our vibrant network of schools.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user IT queries via phone, email, and ITSM.
