Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, service desk or IT support.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Confident and respectful communications with users, managers and suppliers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and IT asset management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT admin tasks and asset management.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for users.
• Liaise with suppliers and IT support providers to progress requests.
• Ensure requests are recorded, tracked and resolved in the ticketing system.
