Job summary

Key Group in Preston is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team, providing 1st and 2nd line support to colleagues across the business.

You will log and track issues, troubleshoot across Windows environments, and collaborate with 3rd line support and suppliers while protecting IT security and access controls. Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support in a busy environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Logging and tracking IT issues, ensuring colleagues receive timely updates
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems across various systems
• Collaborating with 3rd line support teams and external suppliers when required
• Assisting with onboarding new starters and managing system access
• Ensuring IT security and confidentiality are upheld at all times
