Job summary

Standard Bank Offshore is seeking a senior Delivery Enablement professional to drive lifecycle activities for business IT services, in collaboration with the Product Owner and Release Train Engineer. The role focuses on defining services, setting strategy, and planning roadmaps to improve non-functional requirements and overall service quality.

Qualifications

First Degree in Business Commerce is required.
8-10 years’ Delivery Enablement experience.
Experience with Business Partner services and pricing methods.
Global mindset with ability to translate strategy into actions and deliverables.
Exposure to ICT management and delivery.

Responsibilities

Define the service (applications, systems, vendors) and set strategy and roadmaps including non-functional requirements.
Analyse performance trends and identify incremental improvements via backlog with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Solution Architecture on changes and enablers for product deployment.
Adjust vendor contracts to support growth, considering resources, hardware and licenses.
Ensure clear service level expectations with all IT and Business Partners.
Direct external strategic partners and 3rd party suppliers within mandate; negotiate contracts.
