Standard Bank Group is seeking a seasoned Delivery Enablement professional to proactively drive lifecycle activities for business IT services within the portfolio. You will define the service, set strategy, and plan roadmaps addressing non-functional requirements and continuous improvement.

The role requires extensive experience in delivery enablement, business partner support, and financial analysis to optimize service pricing and global delivery.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in Delivery Enablement.
• Business Partner service and support expertise.
• Financial analysis knowledge and knowledge of service pricing methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyse trends for performance and stability of services and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with Product Owner/Manager, RTE and backlog for enhancements.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure alignment with SLAs/MSAs.
• Communicate service expectations to all stakeholders and manage risks.
