Job summary

Standard Bank Offshore seeks a senior delivery specialist to drive lifecycle activities for IT services in its portfolio, collaborating with the Product Owner, Release Train Engineer and cross-functional teams to define services, scope and roadmaps.

You will partner with global stakeholders, manage external vendors, assess risks, and translate strategy into concrete actions, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs across locations.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce.
• 8–10 years of Delivery Enablement experience.
• Experience in business partnership, financial analysis, and service pricing methods.
• Global mindset with strategic delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define service strategy and roadmaps for IT services.
• Analyse performance and stability of services and manage backlog.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture and vendors for deployments.
• Negotiate contracts with external parties within authorized mandate.
• Communicate service expectations to stakeholders.
