Job summary

Cadent Gas is seeking a Service Request & Asset Management Analyst to help ensure IT services are efficient, well governed and aligned to business needs. You’ll manage service requests, maintain asset data, and provide insights that support performance across Cadent.

The role blends service management, data analysis and continuous improvement, working with IT teams, partners and stakeholders to improve service delivery and maintain records in the CMDB and service catalogue.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service environment and ITSM practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL disciplines desirable.
• Hands-on ServiceNow usage: service requests, ticketing, reporting, service catalogue.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests and ensure efficient handling.
• Maintain accurate CMDB and asset data.
• Provide insights to support performance and reporting across Cadent.
• Support service improvement initiatives and governance.
• Collaborate with IT teams, partners and stakeholders.
