Job summary

Cadent Gas Ltd in London is seeking an IT Field Technical Analyst to provide frontline technical support across the network. You'll be the trusted local IT expert supporting colleagues with tools and services to work effectively.

The role covers 1st-3rd line support, local IT infrastructure and driving service improvements, working with operations teams, suppliers and wider IT to ensure reliable, secure technology across Cadent's estate. A UK driving licence and relevant certs are welcomed.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft or CompTIA certifications desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to travel regularly across operational sites within your assigned network.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to colleagues across operational sites, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
• Work across desktop services, networking, applications, telephony, mobile devices and AV technologies.
• Take ownership of incidents from identification to resolution, delivering excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with users at all levels, from operations to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to increase first-time fixes and improve IT support effectiveness.
• Support multiple operational sites across your network with hands-on IT assistance.
