SCG Connected seeks an organised Project Coordinator to join our Projects Team in Sutton Courtenay. You will plan, track and coordinate IT infrastructure and telephony projects for a diverse client base, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

With 2+ years in IT project coordination within MSP/telecom environments, you will manage detailed project plans, milestones and risks, liaise with engineers and vendors, and support onboarding and go-live activities across the

Formación

• 2+ years of project coordination or delivery experience within an IT MSP, telecoms, or technology services environment.
• Demonstrable experience coordinating IT infrastructure or telephony/UC deployment projects.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management and/or PSA tools (e.g. ConnectWise, Autotask, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and IT service delivery lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and managed service projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource plans using standard PM tools
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets, proactively identifying and escalating risks to stakeholders
• Liaise with technical engineers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure resource availability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the Head of Projects on larger, complex projects as required
• Coordinate the deployment and onboarding of business telephony and UC solutions
• Oversee porting processes, number management, and configuration handover, ensuring all documentation is complete and signed off
• Coordinate user training scheduling and go-live support activities in collaboration with the technical team
• Contribute to internal reporting, including project pipeline tracking and delivery metrics for management review
• Assist in onboarding new clients by coordinating internal team activities and ensuring smooth transition from sales to delivery
