Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a Project Coordinator in Fareham to join its Project Services team. You’ll coordinate and manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key link between clients, engineers, internal teams and third-party suppliers.

Day to day, you will schedule resources, maintain project documentation and systems, support onboarding of new clients, and produce management reports on delivery KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project-focused role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
• Confident communicating with clients, internal teams and third parties.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate project systems and documentation.
• Comfortable working within a busy, deadline-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects from inception through to completion.
• Act as a key point of communication between clients, internal technical teams and third parties.
• Arrange and schedule technical resources and maintain project documentation.
• Support onboarding of new clients and produce management reports covering KPIs.
• Exposure to server, storage, networking, wireless and security projects.
