IT Procurement Manager | £45,000 to £65,000 | Bonus | Full Benefits Package | This is a REMOTE & Homebased role with occasional visits | Leading Professional Services Business

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing professional services business that has scoped out its first IT Procurement Manager role.

You will report to the Group Head of Procurement, who is building out the function in line with business growth, taking ownership of all IT spend. Although this is a remote, home-based role, the company has multiple offices across the UK if you prefer to work onsite.

Role and responsibilities:

• Create relevant category strategies, oversee their delivery and performance, including achieving year-on-year savings
• Develop category plans and strategies to ensure alignment across the group, leveraging suppliers to support local offices
• Support the development of a clear and prioritized pipeline of sourcing projects through category strategies
• Engage, manage, and influence senior stakeholders from Director to Board level to ensure buy-in, utilizing strong market knowledge
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of supplier performance
• Monitor supplier risk and performance using reporting tools and business feedback
• Act as a Procurement role model by embodying company values, delivering high standards, and promoting procurement through relationships
• Ensure the business receives excellent service aligned with cost efficiency, alongside delivering strategic projects

Experience and requirements:

• Experience working for a large, complex, and multi-site business
• Category experience in IT and Technology
• Ability to engage, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders up to Director level+
• Strong stakeholder management skills, adaptable to different relationship types, levels, and maturity
• An analytical mindset with strong communication skills to present ideas effectively to the business
• Experience working in a large, cross-functional procurement team
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential
