IT Procurement Manager | £45,000 to £65,000 | Bonus | Full Benefits Package | Remote & Homebased role with occasional visits | Leading Professional Services Business

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing professional services business that is establishing its first IT Procurement Manager role.

You will report to the Group Head of Procurement, building out the function in line with business growth, taking ownership of all IT spend. Although the role is remote and home-based, the company has multiple offices across the UK for occasional visits.

Role and responsibilities:

• Create category strategies, oversee delivery, and achieve year-on-year savings
• Develop category plans and strategies aligned with the group, leveraging suppliers for local offices
• Support the development of sourcing projects with clear priorities
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders from Director to Board level, utilizing strong market knowledge
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to monitor supplier performance
• Monitor supplier risk and performance through reporting tools and feedback
• Model procurement excellence by embodying company values, delivering high standards, and fostering relationships
• Ensure strategic projects are delivered effectively, providing the best service and cost efficiency

Experience and requirements:

• Experience working in a large, complex, multi-site business
• Category experience in IT and Technology
• Ability to engage, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders up to Director level+
• Strong stakeholder management skills, adaptable to different relationship types and maturity levels
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills for presenting ideas
• Experience working in a large, cross-functional procurement team
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential
