IT Procurement Manager | £45,000 to £65,000 | Bonus | Full Benefits Package | This is a REMOTE & Homebased role with occasional visits | Leading Professional Services Business

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing professional services business that is establishing its first IT Procurement Manager role.

You'll report to the Group Head of Procurement, who is building out the function in line with business growth, taking ownership of all IT spend. Although this is a remote, home-based role, the company has multiple offices across the UK, should you wish to work from an office.

Role and responsibilities:

• Create relevant category strategies, oversee their delivery, and achieve year-on-year savings
• Develop category plans and strategies to ensure alignment across the group, leveraging suppliers to support local offices
• Support the development of category strategies with a clear and prioritized pipeline of sourcing projects
• Engage, manage, and influence senior stakeholders from Director to Board level to secure buy-in, utilizing strong market knowledge
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to gain comprehensive knowledge of supplier performance
• Monitor supplier risk and performance through reporting tools and business feedback
• Act as a procurement role model by embodying company values, consistently delivering high standards, and promoting procurement through relationships
• Oversee strategic projects and ensure the business receives optimal service aligned with cost efficiency

Experience and requirements:

• Experience working for a large, complex, multi-site business
• Category experience in IT and Technology
• Ability to engage, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders up to Director level+
• Strong stakeholder management skills, adaptable to different relationship types, levels, and maturity
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills to present ideas effectively
• Experience in a large, cross-functional procurement team
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential
