IT Procurement Manager | £45,000 to £65,000 | Bonus | Full Benefits Package | This is a REMOTE & Homebased role with occasional visits | Leading Professional Services Business

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing professional services business which has scoped out its first IT Procurement Manager role.

You will report to the Group Head of Procurement, who is building out the function in line with business growth, taking ownership of all IT spend. Although this is a remote, home-based role, the company has multiple offices across the UK for occasional work.

Role and responsibilities:

• Create relevant category strategies and oversee their delivery, including achieving year-on-year savings
• Develop category plans and strategies to align with the group's objectives, leveraging suppliers to support local offices
• Support the development of a pipeline of sourcing projects through clear and prioritized category strategies
• Engage, manage, and influence senior stakeholders from Director to Board level to secure buy-in, utilizing strong market knowledge
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to gain comprehensive insights into supplier performance
• Monitor supplier risk and performance using reporting tools and business feedback
• Demonstrate procurement leadership by embodying company values, delivering high standards, and fostering relationships
• Oversee strategic projects to ensure the business receives excellent service aligned with cost efficiency

Experience and requirements:

• Experience working for a large, complex, and multi-site organization
• Category experience in IT and Technology
• Ability to engage, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders up to Director level+
• Strong stakeholder management skills, adaptable to different relationship types and maturity levels
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills to present ideas effectively
• Experience working in a large, cross-functional procurement team
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential
