IT Procurement Manager | £45,000 to £65,000 | Bonus | Full Benefits Package | This is a REMOTE & Homebased role with occasional visits | Leading Professional Services Business

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing professional services business that is establishing its first IT Procurement Manager role.

Reporting to the Group Head of Procurement, you will take ownership of all IT spend, supporting the development of category strategies aligned with business growth. Although this is a remote, home-based role, the company has multiple offices across the UK for occasional work on-site.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Create category strategies and oversee their delivery, including achieving annualised savings
• Develop category plans to support group-wide alignment, leveraging supplier relationships for local offices
• Support sourcing projects with clear priorities and pipelines
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders from Director to Board level, utilizing strong market knowledge
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to monitor supplier performance
• Monitor supplier risk and performance using reporting tools and feedback
• Demonstrate procurement excellence by embodying company values and promoting procurement relationships
• Ensure strategic projects are delivered effectively, providing the best service and cost efficiency

Experience and requirements:

• Experience working in a large, complex, multi-site organization
• Category expertise in IT and Technology
• Ability to engage, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders up to Director level+
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various relationship types and maturities
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills for presenting ideas
• Experience in a large, cross-functional procurement team
• MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential
