Job summary

Experis is seeking a Performance Analyst in Telford on a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week, with a daily rate of up to £414 Umbrella inside IR35 and an Active SC Clearance.

You will develop performance measurement frameworks and analyse service/product performance, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to drive data-based decisions while ensuring high data quality across qualitative and quantitative inputs.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance required
• Experience with performance measurement frameworks (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to procure, implement and validate analytics tools against performance measurement frameworks
• Analyse data to create evidence-based data stories to share with stakeholders and drive decisions
• Inform iterative design of the service/product to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure data quality and work with qualitative and quantitative data
• Provide digital perspective and collaborate with other digital/analytical professionals to gain insights
