Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an IT/OT Engineer to bridge OT and enterprise IT, enabling secure data flow from control systems to cloud platforms. You will design, configure and support integrations using PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, historians, OPC UA and MQTT, and develop data pipelines and lightweight Python solutions.

You will collaborate with OT, IT, infrastructure and data teams to troubleshoot integration issues and contribute to IT/OT convergence initiatives, including edge architectures.

Qualifications

• Proficient in industrial IT/OT integration and data flow between OT and IT systems.
• Experience with OPC UA, MQTT and edge platforms for data pipelines.
• Ability to develop lightweight automation and data-processing scripts in Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and support integrations between OT systems and enterprise/cloud services.
• Develop and maintain industrial data pipelines ensuring reliable data flows.
• Create scripts and lightweight software solutions in Python for automation and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with OT, IT, infrastructure and data teams to troubleshoot integration issues.
