Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an IT/OT Engineer to bridge OT and IT, enabling secure industrial data flows from control systems to enterprise and cloud platforms. You will design, configure and support integration solutions using OPC UA, MQTT and edge platforms.

You will develop lightweight scripts in Python for automation and data processing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to IT/OT convergence initiatives and industrial edge architectures.

Qualifications

• Strong OT understanding and data integration capabilities.
• Experience with IT/OT integration technologies and data pipelines.
• Proficient in Python for automation and data processing.
• Excellent consulting, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and support integrations between OT systems and enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain industrial data pipelines using OPC UA, MQTT and edge platforms.
• Create lightweight Python scripts for automation, data transformation and testing.
• Collaborate with OT, IT, infrastructure and data teams to troubleshoot issues.
