Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced IT/OT Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of complex technology solutions across OT, enterprise IT, data, edge and cloud environments. You will shape solution strategy from discovery to implementation, ensuring secure, resilient and scalable architectures for live industrial operations.

You will translate business and operational requirements into clear technical designs, lead architecture workshops, and engage senior stakeholders to drive decisions

Qualifications

• Experience designing IT/OT solutions for industrial environments.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical designs.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT/OT solution architecture across OT, edge, data and cloud domains.
• Guide architecture workshops and engage senior stakeholders for decisions.
• Define and govern industrial data and integration architectures (OPC UA, MQTT, APIs).
• Provide architectural assurance, security, resilience and performance guidance.
