Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced IT/OT Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex technology solutions across OT, enterprise IT, data, edge and cloud environments. You will act as the technical authority, shaping solution strategy from discovery to implementation while ensuring secure, resilient, scalable architectures for live industrial operations.

The role involves guiding architecture workshops, engaging senior stakeholders, and defining industrial integration patterns

Qualifications

Experience in industrial environments (OT) and live production or critical infrastructure.
Track record delivering IT/OT architectures across OT, edge, data and cloud domains.
Experience designing secure, resilient, scalable cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS).
Strong consulting and technical leadership with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT/OT solution architecture across OT, networking, data and cloud domains.
Translate requirements into technical solutions, lead architecture workshops, engage senior stakeholders.
Define and govern industrial integration and data architectures (OPC UA, MQTT, APIs, edge, cloud).
Provide architecture assurance, set security, resilience and performance standards; mentor team.
