Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an IT/OT Solution Architect to design secure, scalable architectures bridging OT, IT and cloud platforms. You will translate requirements into end-to-end solutions across PLCs, SCADA, OT networks, edge platforms and enterprise systems.

You will lead architecture workshops, establish integration standards and guide delivery teams to balance innovation with operational resilience and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Experience designing IT/OT architectures for industrial environments.
• Ability to translate business and engineering requirements into end-to-end solutions.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and data models for OT, edge, cloud and enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership to guide architecture workshops and cross‑discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end IT/OT solution architectures linking OT systems, edge tech and cloud services.
• Design integration strategies using OPC UA, MQTT, APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and design assurance to engineers and suppliers.
• Develop reusable architecture standards and data models for scalable deployment.
