Job summary

Singapore Recreation Club in the United Kingdom seeks an IT Executive to maintain, monitor and support the organisation’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and servers. You will coordinate with vendors and support internal users to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, setting up equipment for club events, and advising on IT solutions. A minimum Diploma is required; graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma required.
• Graduates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of IT administration and system security best practices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to listen and solve problems, and implement IT strategies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PCs, servers, and network on a day-to-day basis.
• Liaise with external vendors for IT maintenance, support and upgrades.
• Coordinate and implement new equipment and systems.
• Assist in setup and configuration of IT equipment for club events and activities.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including patching, updates, AV scanning and backups.
• Provide technical advice on IT-related equipment and solutions to internal departments.
• Record meeting minutes for the IT Sub-Committee.
• Conduct basic IT training for staff.
