Job summary

YMCA St Paul’s Group is seeking a skilled ICT Technician to deliver first-line IT support across our London locations and support the administration of essential systems. You will help maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, assist with Active Directory and Office 365, and contribute to the ongoing health of our network and VOIP infrastructure.

You will also train end-users on IT practices, ensure adherence to data protection and security standards, and collaborate with a dedicated ICT

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-line IT support across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via the ICT Service Desk and log issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems; escalate when needed.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across locations.
• Assist in user account administration (Active Directory, Office 365).
• Support IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and VOIP systems.
• Provide user training on IT best practices and system usage.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards.
