Requirements
IT Team Leadership and Management

1. Lead,mentor, and manage a small team of IT professionals.

2. Overseeteam development and performance, ensuring consistent support and engagement.

3. Conductregular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest technologicaladvancements and best practices.

System Development and Optimization

1. Developand maintain company systems to ensure stability, scalability, and alignmentwith organizational goals.

2. Workclosely with various departments to understand system needs and implementsolutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

3. Overseesystem upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime.

Daily IT Support
