Job summary

Singapore Recreation Club is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to support the IT Manager in overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead day-to-day IT support, ensure service quality, and drive continuous improvement across the technology environment.

You will mentor IT staff, manage escalated incidents, coordinate projects, and work with vendors to deliver reliable and secure IT services aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in IT or related field.
• 5-8 years in IT infrastructure, systems administration or operations.
• At least 2 years of leadership, supervision, or project coordination.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice or ManageEngine).
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Manager in planning and overseeing daily IT operations and service delivery.
• Lead incident, problem, change management, and maintain SLA/KPI targets.
• Develop IT strategy and drive continuous service improvements.
• Oversee MS 365, AD, networking, security infrastructure, and enterprise apps.
• Mentor the IT team and coordinate vendor relationships and procurement.
• Ensure disaster recovery, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
