Job summary

Roedean is seeking an IT Operations Lead to join the IT team. The role covers day-to-day IT support, infrastructure management, reprographics, school events IT, and reporting to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have proven 3rd-line IT experience, with strong knowledge of Windows Server/Hyper-V and wireless technologies. An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a third-line IT technician or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Hyper-V
• Experience with wireless networking technologies and infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT support workload for the Roedean community
• Manage reprographics and IT support for school events
• Maintain the helpdesk system and track incidents
• Support and upgrade IT infrastructure and services
• Report to senior stakeholders on operations and performance
