Job summary

You will report to the Director of IT and collaborate with staff and students. Required experience includes Windows Server, Hyper-V, and strong problem solving within a busy school setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a third-line IT Technician or similar role.
• Experience with Windows Server and Hyper-V technologies.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day IT support workload management.
• Oversee reprographics, IT for school events, and helpdesk operations.
• Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure; report to stakeholders on IT operations.
