Blatchington Mill School is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Network Services Team and work with the Senior Leadership Team on strategy as part of the school development plan. The role is full-time and onsite, supporting a large school environment.

The successful candidate will apply strong technical knowledge to keep systems secure and highly functional, and will coordinate across Administration, Data Management, Exams, HR and safeguarding to meet school needs.

Qualifications

• Appropriate technical knowledge to support a large and busy organisation.
• Ability to quickly grasp a complex IT infrastructure and take a strategic approach.
• Experience leading a network/services team in an educational or similar setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Network Services Team and work with the Senior Leadership Team on IT strategy as part of the school development plan.
• Ensure that systems are highly functional and secure to support curriculum, pastoral and business functions.
• Provide liaison across Administration, Data Management, Exams, HR, Safeguarding and other departments to deliver effective IT services.
