Job summary

TRIA in Sutton seeks an experienced IT Manager, Head of IT or Network Manager to lead the school's IT function and shape long-term strategy. The role is senior leadership with hands-on elements, reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.

You will oversee IT services, infrastructure, cyber security, Microsoft 365 adoption, and technology projects across the organisation, with oversight of suppliers and budgets, on a full-time onsite basis.

Reporting directly into the Senior Leadership Team, you will take ownership of the school's IT services, infrastructure and digital roadmap. Working across the organisation, you'll lead technology projects, oversee cyber security and compliance, support the continued adoption of Microsoft 365, and help drive innovation across teaching and operational departments.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading an IT function within an education environment or similar organisation. You'll have a strong infrastructure background, experience developing IT strategy and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Person:

• Previous experience in an IT leadership role such as IT Manager, Head of IT, Network Manager or similar
• Strong background across IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, networking and cyber security
• Experience delivering IT strategy, managing projects, suppliers and budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support users of varying technical ability
• Commutable to South London and happy to work onsite
