The Institution of Structural Engineers in London is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee service delivery, manage suppliers and MSPs, and drive security and governance across the organisation. Location: London, Farringdon, minimum of 4 days on site with occasional out of hours work support for operational issues and supplier escalations as required

The Role

The IT Operations Manager will oversee operational service delivery, supplier and MSP relationships, operational governance, security compliance and service improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of service for colleagues and members, while driving efficiencies, enhancing user experience and ensuring operational readiness across the organisation.
