WEBRECRUIT is assisting a charitable professional body in London to recruit an Applications Support Analyst. The role offers hybrid working, a starting salary of £36,121 p/a, and 35 hours per week with an excellent benefits package.
You will support and improve core systems, resolve issues, maintain data quality, and work with suppliers to enhance services, delivering a strong user experience.

As a Applications Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and improving our client's core business systems, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and effective for users across the organisation.
From resolving application issues and maintaining data quality to supporting system enhancements and working with suppliers, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent user experience while helping to drive continuous improvement across our client's technology services.
Experience in producing user guides or training materials would be advantageous.
