Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Senior IT Coordinator to support IT requirements for a team of AI Engineers in Central London. The role covers IT infrastructure, service delivery, and adherence to IT policies, working with multiple IT towers to ensure reliable, secure IT services.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service is required and experience in White Glove support is desirable.
Ability to liaison between business unit and IT, handling IT requests and engaging IT Towers.
Provide day-to-day end user support for London office users.
Strong understanding of MAC & Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals and desktop support.

Responsibilities

Act as primary coordination point between business unit and IT; manage IT requests and procurement, networking, security, cloud, legal and architecture support.
Provide day-to-day end user support for users in the London office.
Document, track, and close tickets; assist with onboarding/offboarding and knowledge article creation.
Collaborate with IT towers to drive service improvements and support AI Engineering projects.
