Job summary

Better Days Recruitment is seeking an IT Office Relocation Project Manager for a very rare part-time six-month contract in Brighton. You will manage IT aspects of relocating offices, with 17.5 hours per week and flexible days, travel to Crawley and London, and potential home-working as the project progresses.

You will lead planning, coordination, and delivery across technology, facilities and suppliers, ensuring minimal disruption and on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven solid experience managing office relocation programmes across technology or complex business changes.
Strong planning, coordination of internal teams, suppliers and third-party providers.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience creating and maintaining plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance.
Highly organised, forward-thinking and proven leader.
Skilled at handling multiple priorities concurrently using structured PM methods.
Understanding of network infrastructure and workplace technology is desirable.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and oversee all IT activities for the office relocation.
Ensure minimal business disruption during the move.
Provide project leadership across technology, facilities and supplier workstreams.
Coordinate with technical teams, facilities, contractors and business stakeholders.
Deliver activities to agreed timeframes and reporting.
