Job summary

Better Days Recruitment Ltd in Brighton is seeking an IT Office Relocation Project Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract, 17.5 hours per week. The role is based mainly in Brighton with occasional visits to Crawley and central London; travel expenses will be covered, and some home-working is possible.

You will lead IT-related relocation activities, coordinating technology, facilities and suppliers to minimise business disruption and deliver on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing office relocation programs across technology or complex change projects.
• Strong planning and coordination of internal teams, suppliers, contractors and third-party providers.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and governance experience.
• Ability to produce and manage project documents including plans and RAID logs.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all IT-related activities for the relocation.
• Provide project leadership across technology, facilities and supplier work streams.
• Ensure activities are delivered to agreed time frames with minimal disruption.
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain clarity.
