Job summary

DGH Recruitment is seeking an IT Project Manager for an office relocation in Brighton. The role focuses on planning, coordinating internal teams, suppliers and governance to deliver the relocation programme.

The position is part-time 17.5 hours per week, initially a 6-month FTC with hybrid Brighton work arrangements. Candidates should have proven office relocation or complex change project experience and strong risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing office relocation, technology implementation or complex change projects.
• Strong project management across planning, scheduling, dependencies and governance.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, suppliers, contractors and third parties.
• Experience managing project documentation, RAID logs, reporting and governance.
• Strong business continuity and risk management capability.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, workplace technology or IT programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT planning and coordination for the office relocation programme.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and third parties to deliver project objectives.
• Manage project governance, including reporting, RAID, risks, issues and stakeholder communication.
• Manage business continuity, cutover, rollback and recovery planning.
• Coordinate infrastructure, connectivity, workplace technology, security and meeting room readiness.
• Oversee testing, deployment and move-day support activities.
• Facilitate business and technical readiness and go-live approvals.
