Kestrel Recruitment is seeking an IT Business Development Manager in Solihull on a hybrid basis. The role offers £35,000–£40,000 base salary with commissions and an OTE of £70,000–£80,000. You will drive new business, manage onboarded accounts and tailor IT solutions to customer needs.

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives on targets, develops opportunities, and delivers excellent customer experiences within a rapidly growing MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a self-generating business development role with an MSP selling IT support and related services/products.

Responsabilités

• Generate meetings through business development and networking.
• Collaborate with telecoms account managers to explore cross-selling IT products/services.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proposals are technically sound.
• Act as the customer contact through deployment and onboarding.
• Promote cross-selling across the product portfolio (business mobile, telephony, connectivity).
• Maintain regular contact with introduced accounts and perform quarterly reviews.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date and utilize the CRM effectively.
