Job summary

Sterling Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an Account Manager for IT Managed Services in Warwickshire. This hybrid role combines £35,000-£40,000 base with uncapped commission and benefits, rewarding sales excellence and client growth.

You will own a portfolio of existing clients, identify new opportunities across IT managed services, cybersecurity, cloud and telecoms, and work with senior decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions while building a strong career within a growing tech

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and sales, with a track record of growing client portfolios.
• Proficient with CRM tools and forecasting.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an existing portfolio of business accounts.
• Cross-sell and upsell IT, MSP, Cybersecurity solutions.
• Build relationships with IT leaders and C-suite decision-makers.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to scope and deliver solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
