Job summary

Tempcover, based in London with travel to Fleet when needed, seeks an Information Security Manager to own the security strategy and shape policies from the ground up. The role protects the business, systems and people while enabling work through strong governance.

You’ll join a small team, operating in a cloud-native environment, with Vanta and future GenAI-led risk management as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Background in information security management.
• Ability to enable business through security controls.
• Experience in cloud-native environments.
• Documentation of controls, standards and procedures.
• Proven track record in implementing security policies and ensuring business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive information security strategy to meet business requirements and executive policies.
• Identify and manage security risks across the organisation.
• Evolve policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure staff understand and live security.
• Maintain standards and controls across IT services, including vulnerability management and patching.
