Job summary

London Gatwick is seeking an Identity and Access Manager to shape IAM strategy across a complex environment, balancing security with user needs.

You will lead provisioning, authentication, authorisation, and MFA for on‑prem and cloud systems, and work with internal teams and suppliers.

This role supports a hybrid office pattern and contributes to major cyber security transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience implementing and architecting IAM solutions and integrating identity management into client infrastructure.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator.
• Experience managing identities across many systems and applications.
• Strong knowledge of web security standards and IAM concepts.
• Experience leading IAM projects end-to-end.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (NIS Directive, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO27001).

Responsibilities

• Leads design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM systems for standard and privileged users.
• Develops IAM strategies aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees IAM technologies for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Establishes IAM policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Leads evaluation and selection of IAM solutions and vendors.
• Maintains knowledge of access management, directory services, MFA across apps.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to integrate IAM.
• Serves as SME on IAM matters to stakeholders.
• Member of cyber on-call rota.
