Job Title: IT Manager

We’re working with a long-standing asset management business seeking an IT Manager to join their team. The company has a strong track record and a fantastic culture. Due to business requirements, candidates must have a background in finance services, specifically asset management or hedge funds.

This role will shadow the CTO, with potential to assume that role in the future. Responsibilities include:

1. IT operations management (approximately 30%)
2. Strategic planning (around 20%)
3. IT risk management, including cybersecurity and systems access (about 50%)

The company currently has an infrastructure in place, with ongoing needs to maintain and enhance it.

The successful candidate will collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure service continuity and an optimized IT business model.
