This is an exciting fully remote IT Manager contract where you will be responsible for delivering digital architecture and IT services across a rapidly growing membership organisation

Client Details

This is a digitally led organisation providing educational and membership services on online platforms.

Description

The key responsibilities are to deliver the digital and IT strategy, architecture and technology plans for the organisation. You will understand and consider the digital and IT needs of all stakeholders (members, candidates, senior management, ops staff and corporate customers) and you will lead and develop partnerships and relationships that support and help deliver the companies Digital and IT strategy in the market place. This will involve research and identifying new Digital and IT opportunities to take the business into the digital age

You will have a primary responsibility to ensure the IT infrastructure supports the organisations aims. You will be involved in making strategic technology based decisions and will manage budgets effectively to execute projects in a timely manner. You will be responsible for all systems, processes and policies and will be managing a wide and diverse group of stakeholders across the business to with the objective of driving innovation in a market that has a fully digital service offering.

Responsible for procurement and overseeing the development and technical maintenance of the global website, central databases, all internal applications and platforms including managing the setting up of business management reports in Power BI. You will leading the data security and management protocols and testing, ensuring full compliance is met. Being aware of GDPR regulations, risks and any future updates is a pre-requisite. The creation and maintenance of a business continuity plan for IT systems will also be part of this contract

Profile

To be successful in this IT leadership contract opportunity, you will have demonstrated experience in managing standard IT Infrastructure environments with additional systems and applications experience across websites, CRM and business intelligence. You will have strong stakeholder management experience and solid experience across process, policy, budget management and governance. You will be adept at managing third party vendors.
