Business Development Manager

Salary: Up to £85,000 base + double OTE

Work arrangement: Remote with sporadic travel for client meetings

We are assisting the Sales Director of one of the UK’s fastest-growing Managed Security Services Providers in sourcing a Business Development Manager to join the high-performing sales team.

This role involves new business development, revenue growth, and selling a range of cyber security managed services across various industry verticals in the UK.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Hunting for new business opportunities in the mid/corporate market
• Selling managed services including MDR, DLP, cloud security, and compliance
• Managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing
• Building and nurturing relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and Compliance leads
• Collaborating with pre-sales and marketing to refine go-to-market strategies

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven success in a new business sales role within IT or cybersecurity services
• Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
