Job summary

Searchability® in Fareham is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will liaise with clients, engineers, internal teams and third parties to keep projects on track and aligned with plan.

The role involves scheduling resources, maintaining documentation, onboarding new clients and producing KPI-based management reports. DBS/Right to Work checks apply due to education sector projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
• Confident communication with clients and internal/third-party teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
• Comfortable in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as a communication link between clients, engineers, internal teams and suppliers.
• Schedule resources, maintain project documentation and systems.
• Support onboarding of new clients and produce management reports on KPIs.
• Work within the Project Services team delivering server, storage, networking and security projects.
